It was expensive fro park for an hour while other places in Knoxville are free after 6 pm

The system was not as user-friendly as I anticipated.

Super user friendly and convenient way to do parking

I was issued a parking citation that I felt was unfair. My dispute was taken into consideration and the citation was dismissed. That sealed it for me, knowing someone would listen and consider the circumstances involved.
This is my second time using this lot and I would definitely use it again.

Expensive, particularly if you need to add time. I’ll find somewhere else to park next time.

Way over priced. Used to be 10 dollars all day, now you don't know what the rate is. Chose 2 hours it charged me 10.99. Running close on time and went to add an hour..another 10.99. Rip of predatory practice

I was very disappointed to discover I would be paying 10.99$ for parking no mater how long or short of time I was parked AFTER I had to pay an additional 10.99$ to extend my time even for 30 min. I paid 22$ to park for less than three hours because I extend3d my original time. You should be posting up front what the rate is for the time so people can decide what works best before they are eating in a restaurant and have to spend 10.99$ a second time. Having to pay full price for second time for not much longer was maddening. Predatory practice!

ridiculous have to pay. and outrageous amounts!! but we are stuck aren't we?? if you want to visit downtown..

Takes too long. Extremely expensive. Set up to nickle and dime you for above market rates.

I wish the offer to extended the time would have been given to us from the beginning. We had not used this service before and when we did no see an offer to extend, we just left. After we left we got the offer to extend at the end. By then it was too late. Just a suggestion

Paid $10 for 2 hours to go to dinner. Service was slow and 10 minutes before the 2 hours were up, I went back to the app to add 30 minutes. I was appalled that I would be charged another $10 to extend for 30 minutes. I left the restaurant to move the car and will not park there again.

I missed up when paying. And u all was kind in returning the money I over payed. Thank you
