We arrived at the lot at 3:45
We arrived at the lot at 3:45. When I went to web site, our choices for parking were every 30 minutes (3:30, 4:00, etc.). I chose 4:00 as an arrival time, but was not allowed to enter early. I had to back up the ramp to the lot, and wait 15 minutes before I could park. Other parking applications let you choose a time to the nearest 5 minutes, not 30.
