Crappy Parking System
This system SUCKS! The page to be scanned can't be read. The 'warden' standing at the entry doesn't know how to explain the system. She told me parking was $2.00 per hour but iI was charged $6.00.
I won't park in this lot again. I will use the meterred parking on the street.

Grace period
Sometimes it's hard to know how long you'll be at an appointment. There's no grace period. When we're at an appointment, not always able to have your phone on hand to extend parking time.

Rip off rate at King Center!
Using the QR code and registering on the site was straight forward. Text reminders prior to expiration was good. What was bad as the cost of the parking. I don't know if Parking.com sets the rates or the property manager, but paying $6 and change for 30 minutes is a rip off. That's Honolulu downtown rates and there are parking meters nearby that are maybe $4.50 for 60 minutes.
