Liked the ease of using the app but did not like the price. It’s very expensive for visiting our Doctor where we spend more time waiting to be called than the actual visit.
For the most part, I like the new machines you have installed in the Chinatown parking. My only concern is people with no CC or forget their CC, they will not be able to pay.

I couldn’t make a payment online so had…
I couldn’t make a payment online so had to pay cash at the kiosk.
The worst part was I got caught in a scam that was advertising on the Parking app apparently. I thought I was submitting my payment for the parking but instead it was a Fravvy app
