My Parking
It was close to where I needed to be but it took forever to find a place to park once in the garage.
Close proximity to bridgestone!!
Edit: SCAM-Beware of this Parking Scam ; I’m not feeling good at all about…
Edit: so this is how the Scam works. You want a place to park for a week while you’re vacationing. So you go to Parking.com website and it offers a choice of daily or monthly passes in the area. You choose what looks like the most convenient location and get seven days, paying $20 per day. But beware, buried in the fine print is ambiguous clause ”no in-and-out privileges” that only shows up after purchase. So once you park you cannot leave without using the whole 1week pass. If you drive out after an hour, they pay the lot $2.25 and parking.com keeps the other $137.75. If you call for resolution, you get an outsourced call center that says it’s garage policy, which is BS because I talked to the garage parking attendant who was very helpful, and she said it happens all the time in with parking.com passes. Luckily for us we were able to get some compensation from the garage. You are better off dealing directly with the parking garage.
I’m not feeling good at all about buying a parking reservation from parking.com. I purchased a $140, 7 day pass for Nashville only to find out it’s only good for one in and one out, no matter what. If you go in for one hour, that’s it. Your $140 one week pass is no longer good. I’m calling to fight this scam.

Paid in advance for parking
Paid in advance for parking. Scan code wouldn’t work because we were a little early. We couldn’t leave due to people behind us. Tried to scan when we left but ended up having to pay $20 on top of $12 already paid.

Not a good company
Our reservation was for anytime after after 7pm we could enter so we got there at 7:15pm and was told the lot was full so we had to hurry up and find another garage since our show started at 8pm and ended up spending $49.00 dollars. When we brought our parking garage parking pass they never said 1st come 1st serve. Will never use this company again very stressful and out money we really did not have.

Disappointed
When I got to the parking garage, I ended up having to pay again for parking due to my barcode not working. I tried explaining it to the worker “which was very rude” and told me to just grab a ticket and continued to read her book. I’m very disappointed

Didn't work when I arrived
The ease of purchasing a spot from the website was great. The problem was when I got there to park on the day I purchased it wouldn't work. I even had the attendant help and nothing so I had to grab a ticket and pay twice. Never got to used the reservation one. Probably won't use this again.
