Invalid pass
I bought a parking pass earlier in the day to use for a concert and when I went to use it after getting to the garage it said invalid pass. The worker was very unhelpful and I ended up having to buy another pass

Parking with the QR code…
The online parking with the QR code or the reading of the license plate (I am not sure which) works pretty well for the most part. We did have a bit of a challenge with it scanning and reading the QR code on Monday, 22 April. We took a ticket, which opened the gate, but the machine wanted money on the way out. Fortunately, an attendant was there and helped us get out.

Would have been nice to get the car…
Would have been nice to get the car in/out during the weekend without having to re-pay each time. But overall, it was a good deal for sure.

Very Good Experience
I was able to reserve a spot in the Library Garage beforehand, which was great. The price was very reasonable because I was there on a Saturday.
It was very crowded, so it took a long time to find a spot, but we parked on the 4th floor and there were several other levels.

Employees are kind and friendly!
I read the instructions wrong on my email. Parked 30 min early. Chatted with 2 wonderful, friendly, kind ladies in the parking garage office. (My apologies, I forgot both of their first names) They were able to find my reservation and adjust the time so I was taken care of and was not over charged!
