Great Parking Location
This location is perfect for walking to downtown Nashville restaurants and events. It is easy to get in and out with plenty of parking spaces.

Left car in the underground parking for 4 days without any problems. Security guard on duty 24/24. When you go into the garage, they have a sign warning about certain type cars are at a high risk of possible theft.

I pre paid my $10 for my spot at the…
I pre paid my $10 for my spot at the Nashville (TN) Library from 745pm-12am. When I got there and put the code up to entry machine for scan and access and of course it didn’t work. So not only did I prepay via app, no one there to assist with my non entry issue I had to pay a 2nd time to exit because u needed to take a ticket for entry.

Nice experience with the Library Garage
Price was half of other lots, attendants were at all entrances to assist with ticketing, and there were plenty of places to park.

Oversold and spent 30 minutes trying to find a spot.
Earlier in the day parking.com said that my reservation was not valid since something changed with the location. No longer able to retrieve the QR code when selecting that option on the confirmation email from parking.com. Luckily, I had the code from a previous time I opened the email. Customer service provided no help whatsoever. They didn't have any information about the location and what was going on. No phone number to call or supervisor to talk to. Extremely poor customer service.
