Convenient. Well marked, well lit. Good visibility to multiple sites of interest. Pavement in decent shape with well marked parking lines. Room to actually maneuver, park, and get out.

We weren’t sure how long we’d need to park, so estimated 3 hours with the assumption we could easily add more time if needed like similar parking places we’ve used other places. However, if there is an option to add additional time on the site, we weren’t able to figure out how.

Never Park Here
I paid for nine hours of parking and came out two hours early to an $80 parking ticket on my vehicle. Then called them to tell them and their employee was rude and not helpful. All she would say is that I had to send in a copy of my parking ticket and receipt showing I paid. Clearly she could see both as she asked for the numbers off each item. Truly ridiculous I have to do more work because their employees are incompetent!!!

Entrance: 210 West 1st Street, Tulsa Ok
I had prepaid for a parking spot for the Eagles Concert. When I arrived at 6:15 pm, the entrance shown on the Parking Pass was blocked off and no attendant visible. Due to street closures I could not determine any other way to get in. I paid and parked in another lot and as I walked by I saw an attendant in your lot. I explained my situation and he said he had already closed the lot anyway and the only way I could have gotten in was to go the wrong way on a one-way street. With police everywhere I would not have even considered that as an option.

Wouldn’t trust
The payment processed and after I got off work to find a parking ticket I noticed a notification that something went wrong with the app.
Sign said $8 for parking
Sign said $8 for parking, but charged $20 plus .50 cents for something. Also, it took a long time to connect through the internet (spinning wheel).

It was Friday nights Tulsa Oilers hockey game and the attendant wasn’t there and the stupid machine was conveniently down so the only way to pay was with the QR code and instead of it being $10 it was now $20.50 unfortunately we don’t have a lot of money just to blow it all on parking… as well as the fact thank goodness our friend was with us because we don’t have a working “smart” phone an would have been s.o.l.

App function was so bad/unclear
App function was so bad/unclear, I ended up paying twice believing the first attempt did not work. When I received 2 confirming emails I had to call customer support to cancel one. As my time was expiring I could not get the extension in the app despite receiving a text about extending the time for parking and using the link from the text. I had to go out to the old school kiosk to pay again. The system provided none of the anticipated tech convenience, but did produce increased issues. Can't rate it any lower.

Accidentally put “0” instead of an “O” and the parking attendant didn’t read the license plate and think about how it was an accident, $88.00 later and will never park here again and neither should you!

Not a bad experience but the scan of the barcode and online page seemed to take a long time to process the purchase for everyone that was parking that evening.
