Convenient. Well marked, well lit. Good visibility to multiple sites of interest. Pavement in decent shape with well marked parking lines. Room to actually maneuver, park, and get out.

Not a big fan

Not a big fan. Thursday the fee was $8. Friday it was $20. Is this just random? A couple of days, the kiosk didn't dispense a ticket to put on my dash. The lost is not 25% full. Why charge such high prices?

Confusing

Confusing. Once I started process I thought I was completed then another screen comes up and I was not certain if I had completed process or not. Was in a hurry so that probably didn't help matters. Needs to be more simple in paying for parking.

Bok Center Parking

Location.

For me the app registration is a bit if a pain when you don’t or haven’t been around this type of pay system. Get out of car with group, scan, while walking with group when it’s cold with fear of not getting payment in is tough. Then trying to add info for license number and then lose the link to the QR code and be 1 digit off on license.

It’s easier to just hand someone $20 or $40 with no worries after that. But once all done and confirmation, it worked well.

Process and refund were simple and quick.

The process was simple. The parking lot was inaccessible due to police blocking the roads due to an event. Caused us to be late to the event. We did get a refund quickly.

Worst Parking App Ever!

It took me several minutes to find a sign that told me how to pay when there was no attendant present, the sign wasn't even facing the exit, I almost left without paying because I thought maybe they mail me a bill? It turns out I had to download a phone app to pay, and my phone wasn't working so good, so I had to borrow my friend's phone to download it and pay it. The app didn't work very well and it put the wrong time in even though I selected the right time, and then it put a $600 hold on my bank card and I couldn't pay for my lunch. It's not just bad service, it's no service! and I was very angry over the whole incident.

Overcharged

I was charged $8 for the first hour then needed to add more time. I was charged $8 additional to add another hour. Ridiculous!

Extremely hard to sign in and go through the process. Why can’t you do what the turnpike plans to do, bill through car tags.
