Sign said $3 but after I parked and registered my car (for 1.5 hours) it was over $8. I would’ve moved to another parking lot but I was right on time for a meeting.

It was my 1st time parking. The sign said $3. I was only parking for 2 hours. My debit card was charged $36. Why wasn't it $3. And how did I end up going into some type of parking club.?

This was the most parking space parking space that I have had the pleasure of parking in. There were lines and it appears that the space was regulation size. I did not see any spiders or bears. It had access to the street.

I had difficulty working with the app
I had difficulty working with the app. The kiosk was not working. I had used the kiosk exclusively historically. The app was slow due to location between building and not getting a strong signal.

Bad app for time
I was only in my parking space for three hours, I did not realize when checking out that it asked me for a date and it ended up being almost $20 for three hours worth of parking during the day. Only later when I got a notification 24 hours after I had parked there that my parking time was ending did I notice that the website does not explain clearly when you were checking out the date in which you are using the service because it only asked me for hours I would be parking at that location.

It was freezing raining
It was freezing raining, I had a 2, 7, and 9 year old. I took a picture of my licence plate and the board to text and pay. I text immediately while walking in the rain to go through the process. I had some trouble and while I was seated to eat with family and friends continued to try to get through the system to pay and decided to even create an account for future use and got it paid.
After dinner I got back to my car to find a $85 ticket! It stated there's 3 pictures of my vehicle there. So I'm sure they could see me on surveillance getting pics of my licence plate to use to pay. I tried to call to show them the immediate text as soon as I got out of the car and that they could even see I paid it and created an account and everything. No answer, I left a message and 5 days later still no call back. But they sure made the time to have someone available at night, in the cold, in the rain put a unfair ticket on my truck

Overall a good experience and the staff was very nice to work with. As a first time user, it was a bit confusing and the QR lane was closed when we arrived. When we left, my advance payment didn't register and I had to call the help person with 5 cars waiting behind me.

Was the worst site to use
Was the worst site to use, very in user friendly to pay for parking because the local meter was broke. Had to add my card info 3 times because the site kept messing up.

This was fast, easy and convenient. I didn't have to talk to anyone or deal with anyone. Just text the number and they send an email. Go to the website and enter information.

Poor e-system
Rates on the kiosk state “starting @ $3”, although the rate I received was $5 hr. I proceeded based on the $5 fee but the Card reader wouldn't accept my card, nor would it say why. I then opted to scan the QR code which increased the fee to $8 hr!
I cancelled out of that and once again attempted to use the kiosk - which took my card this time and billed me at $5 hr. Frustrating..Will only use in the future as a last option
