Had to walk in to pay a bill near by
Had to walk in to pay a bill near by. I was there for 30 minutes and was charged 4.00 to park. Ridiculous!

Helpful to a newbie
I am new to parking with apps, was running late for a lunch meeting, and ended up incurring a fine. Thankfully I was able to sort it out afterwards with the help of a kind employee. I’ll use the lot correctly from now on!

For the second time
For the second time, it took 20 minutes to get logged onto the app to be able pay.
Said my account did exist.
I tried to create a new one and it said it already existed.
I tried to change the password and it let me but wouldn’t let me log in with that password.
Finally, went back to my old password and got it.
Then, it forgot my tag so went back out to scan again and it remembered.
A total pain.
