It was easy to make reservations online. Didn’t have an issue finding the parking garage and a parking space. When leaving, there was someone to direct traffic and answer questions as to where to go.

The first time I booked was easy. But after that, the next days I couldnt book because there was an "error" in the app
I paid for parking via Millenium Park website for $15 and was charged $15. U used the barcode I was given to enter/exit and was then charged an additional $45 for parking.
Very good rate! It was a little confusing because I was not familiar with the lot, but it was actually very easy.

got lost in the parking lot for 30 mins and my prepaid parking expired. none of the maps where helpful and it was hard to understand where we were in relation especially because there was no service. the help button in the lobbys where no help. I tried 4 different buttons and only got a hold of 1 person and they said hello and then hung up. WAS NO HELP at all. finally we asked someone roaming about and they told us the numbers on the elevators mean nothing and still ended up giving us the wrong directions. WILL NOT BE RETURNING
Easy to find in google maps. Much cheaper than paying on spot.

This was a simple process For reserving a spot in the future. Plus there’s going to be a shuttle to soldier field with a minimal walk to get to it

Finally discovered pre pay online!
A great parking spot to see so many attractions. Went for a CSO concert and dinner but also got to walk along Michigan ave and Millenium park as a bonus.

Swift and quick, both in setting up and in contacting Customer Service with a concern.

Overall parking was fine. Getting a discount by purchasing online in advance was great. My only complaint is the signs. They could be better. The were no signs to point towards the exit. I had to drive around for a bit to figure it out.

Easy to use. Was able to check-in to the garage a few minutes early, which was helpful.

Millennium garage advertised themselves as parking for the Shamrock Shuffle but Columbus Drive was closed due to the race. So, I ended up paying for parking at another location. Do not park if you planning on running the Shamrock Shuffle.
The garage details sent on the email confirmation is listed below.

We were unable to park here because all the streets were blocked and we could not get in. We had to pay $30. to park at the museum campus. Would appreciate a refund?
