It was easy to make reservations online. Didn’t have an issue finding the parking garage and a parking space. When leaving, there was someone to direct traffic and answer questions as to where to go.

The first time I booked was easy. But after that, the next days I couldnt book because there was an "error" in the app
I paid for parking via Millenium Park website for $15 and was charged $15. U used the barcode I was given to enter/exit and was then charged an additional $45 for parking.
Very good rate! It was a little confusing because I was not familiar with the lot, but it was actually very easy.

I purchased a parking permit easy. Parking garage was convenient. Website was easily understood. It all worked out fine with no hassles.

I parked at Millennium Park lakeside on Monday June 20, 2022 at 6:30-9pm. I prepaid, scanned the barcode to enter and to exit the parking garage. It was well lit and security rode around the garage for added security. It was my first time parking in this underground parking garage and I was pleasantly surprised.

Excellent customer service. Only one spot remained and the parking attendant helped me so much to get into the very narrow spot. He was SO HELPFUL!
But, I am only giving 4 stars because the price for parking is outrageous. $48 for 6.5 hours. When you enter the lot, there is no information on pricing, so you have no idea what you will pay in the end.
There was limited signage and staff to offer direction on where to park and how to exit the garage to get to the event.

The parking was easy but the absence of having someone around to assist with concerns and questions was frustrating and confusing. The garage was very difficult to navigate so many people were lost and confused on how to exit the parking garage. Please provide more help and assistance even provide signs for directions. It was very frustrating at first until we found our way. Also. suggest getting security as it was getting dark.

The entire lot was filled with boat trailers taking up 4 or more spaces I had to drive around for 20 before finding a space I could squeeze into

I love how very direct the select was. Sometimes garages give too much information. You did not, THANK YOU FOR BEING SIMPLE!!!

Quick and easy to book a parking pass. You should show others how to do it

Priced reasonably, well directed with many parking spaces. Too many boat trailers parked inside though. Wish they had a specific are just for those as they take too much space and at times you can't tell if they are using a parking space or are just parked a bit out.
