It was easy to make reservations online. Didn’t have an issue finding the parking garage and a parking space. When leaving, there was someone to direct traffic and answer questions as to where to go.

The first time I booked was easy. But after that, the next days I couldnt book because there was an "error" in the app
I paid for parking via Millenium Park website for $15 and was charged $15. U used the barcode I was given to enter/exit and was then charged an additional $45 for parking.
Very good rate! It was a little confusing because I was not familiar with the lot, but it was actually very easy.

Book online and save the at the gate prices! Very convenient, easy to find and park, plenty of spaces, quite a big space, so make sure you take note of the parking location!
The parking lot is easy to find, comfortable to navigate within, had plenty of spaces in spite of such a huge event that is Lollapalooza, was safe and secure, and it was super easy to get up stairs and be super close to the event entrance! Would def recommend, worth the prince and prepay before an event.

If I was just rating the app, this would be a five-star review. It was fast and easy, which is exactly how apps should be. What isn't so great (zero-star review) is that the reader to scan the bar code is underground with...wait for it...NO CELL RECEPTION. How can someone use the bar code when they can't bring it up on their phone? I was just visiting Chicago, so it's not like I could have printed it out. I was fortunate enough to have the email confirmation still open on my phone. If I hadn't, I would have had to pay...AGAIN. If you're offering a phone-based app, please ensure there is CELL SERVICE at the reader.

I was happy that the app told you to screenshot the QR code incase there was wifi issues in the garage. It worked out perfectly. Thanks for the heads-up!
Parking was great, easy to understand. Only issue I had was I wish they had a bathroom somewhere as when you aren't from Chicago you don't know where restrooms are and trying to find one was difficult. And if they have a restroom sorry we couldn't find it

Parking at Marriott was easy...instructions were on point...driver was on time. Arrive 15 min early for check-in and parking and make sure the shuttle you are looking for is going to your address. There are many Marriott shuttles at the pick up location.

I reserved my parking online 5 minutes before I needed to park I got an email with the confirmation and bar code. I scanned the bar code as I entered the parking garage. I scanned the voucher as I exited the garage everything was easy.

Super cheap and so easy to find. It was pretty empty so there were plenty of parking spots. Was a little worried since I had never used this site before but I highly recommend
