It was easy to make reservations online. Didn’t have an issue finding the parking garage and a parking space. When leaving, there was someone to direct traffic and answer questions as to where to go.

The first time I booked was easy. But after that, the next days I couldnt book because there was an "error" in the app
I paid for parking via Millenium Park website for $15 and was charged $15. U used the barcode I was given to enter/exit and was then charged an additional $45 for parking.
Very good rate! It was a little confusing because I was not familiar with the lot, but it was actually very easy.

Stop loosing your parking ticket! pay online!
Went ice skating with my niece on a Sunday to Maggie Daley ice park and purchased parking tickets online, it’s actually better than I thought. You pay online and it even comes out to be cheaper if you do. Then you get an email with a barcode, you scan it to get it, scan to get out. Easy Peezy.

Easy to make a reservation
Easy to make a reservation. I'm pretty sure I made a mistake when getting my parking ticket. I grabbed the ticket before scanning my parking pass on my phone. I needed parking staff to help me not get charged extra when I was leaving. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful.

After purchasing my parking ticket
After purchasing my parking ticket, I had trouble accessing the pass because of an error message that stated "no local records of the order." I called the help line, however, and after a 10 minute wait, they were kind and helpful.

The parking garage was so convenient and the best deal! $13 for 12 hr parking and only one block walking distance from the event was perfect. Hassle free, big parking garage and easy to locate. I’m very happy that I booked parking ahead of time and found this life saver.

Great parking
Great parking, lots of room. Easy to find. I just had problems getting out of the parking garage to go out into the streetl I had to ask someone working at the gate. More signs and clear signs would help.
