It was easy to make reservations online. Didn’t have an issue finding the parking garage and a parking space. When leaving, there was someone to direct traffic and answer questions as to where to go.

The first time I booked was easy. But after that, the next days I couldnt book because there was an "error" in the app
I paid for parking via Millenium Park website for $15 and was charged $15. U used the barcode I was given to enter/exit and was then charged an additional $45 for parking.
Very good rate! It was a little confusing because I was not familiar with the lot, but it was actually very easy.

Great price for downtown Chicago which is usually a rip-off.
If my daughter wasn't with me probably would have had trouble finding the barcode to scan each time. It would be nice if there was an option to show a parking attendant my parking order.

Great price only thing is a little difficult to find the exit/entrance but this is my new spot for parking if I visit again

We were greeted by a nice attendant. When we left we found out that we had actually parked on the wrong side, but the attendant was great. he took our info from online and transferred it for us.

Saved $166 on 3 night stay compared to our hotel. We had to find our way there and we’re a bit confused, but we’ve got it down now and will use on our next visit.

We went to a memorial service at the Chicago Yacht Club and the Millennium parking lot was just across Lake Shore Drive. So it was a perfect spot!

We were there Marathon Weekend. We had prepaid $20 for the weekend, unlimited in and out. Near hotel, easy to find, easy to park, well lite, felt safe. That's about all you can say about a parking space.

Clicked on code& brought me to website with no clear way to pay. Spent WAY too much time trying to figure out how to pay & decided to find parking garage because I (AND my 23 year old that codes for a living!) decided it was too difficult to figure your system out. I have now spent even more time by posting this and I am done; good luck with the system

If you're going to a Chicago Bear's game this is the way to do it!! It was super easy to prepay for parking the night before. A shuttle came to pick you up and dropped you right at Soldier Field and was there to get you after the game to take you back. I highly recommend!!

Easy parking! Very affordable rate with online reservation! Never feel unsafe!

going online was great. the problem was the street was closed getting into the parking garage due to the Marathon. I would have hoped it would have mentioned that there was no access to the garage. I called and cancelled my appointment with no problem. Odd thing was that I got the parking info from the marathon paperwork. they should have said no to use that garage that day.

Purchased the parking online. When we arrived the parking advertised was almost $20 less than we paid. There were suppose to be signs to a shuttle which we never saw. The garage was clean and the people working were helpful to get us to the shuttle. Great location for Millennial Park.
