It was easy to make reservations online. Didn’t have an issue finding the parking garage and a parking space. When leaving, there was someone to direct traffic and answer questions as to where to go.

The first time I booked was easy. But after that, the next days I couldnt book because there was an "error" in the app
I paid for parking via Millenium Park website for $15 and was charged $15. U used the barcode I was given to enter/exit and was then charged an additional $45 for parking.
Very good rate! It was a little confusing because I was not familiar with the lot, but it was actually very easy.

Parking was okay...parking lot attendant by the door near shuttle area....older lady was unfriendly and short when we asked a couple of questions as if we were a bother.

Purchased a parking pass, but never recieved the barcode. I called customer service and got bounced around and hung up on. Finally reached someone who basically told me to show up and explain to someone at the garage and they would help. They did not. They told me to go to an empty office. Went back to garage employees who then saw that yes, I purchased this pass, but never recieved a barcode and finally validated my parking.

The only issue I would ask for review and possible consideration...there were no bathrooms in the garage for the patrons...we had driven 2hours 46 mins for the bike the drive event and desperately needed to find a restroom

I paid for parking, and I got a parking spot. In and out of lot were quick and easy. I did not see any feces in the lot, but there also were no naked people, so take that for what it's worth.

The attendant at both ingress and egress had to swipe their card to enable my printout QR to raise the gate.

Great, easy and quick to use. Saves a lot of money with these options. Recommend it to all going to these big cities.

Generally we were very happy with our stay.
Only thing I have is regarding security. I didn't see any attendants but that is not too say" there are none". It's such a big cat park, I could have missed seeing them. Also I didn't see any cameras but again, I could have just not noticed. Our trip was for an appointment at the British embassy to pick something up. So including the walk to it and back, we were only parked for an hour so didn't get to check the car park out much. It's nice and bright, but I suggest taking a picture of the floor level and Bay number, it's so big I thought I lost my car for good. However, I'm so glad we found this place and will use on all future visits. Also the online book in advance price is unbearable.
