It was easy to make reservations online. Didn’t have an issue finding the parking garage and a parking space. When leaving, there was someone to direct traffic and answer questions as to where to go.

The first time I booked was easy. But after that, the next days I couldnt book because there was an "error" in the app
I paid for parking via Millenium Park website for $15 and was charged $15. U used the barcode I was given to enter/exit and was then charged an additional $45 for parking.
Very good rate! It was a little confusing because I was not familiar with the lot, but it was actually very easy.

Being able to reserve a parking spot in advance is a good thing. However, one little annoyance when printing a backup paper copy for the scan bar code is that the print button offered on the site results in a print job two pages long when it can easily fit on less than one page. Even at that, it splits the bar code between the two pages! Is it really that difficult to program?

Super inconvenient and close to all the surrounding attractions by Grant Park and the lake. Using an app to get the QR code makes it even more convenient.

My code didn’t work, and I had to pay $43 (on top of the $19 for my SpotHero parking. Very disappointed….

It was very convenient to pay in advance and use the bar code to get in and out of the Millenium Park Garage, but we had a hard time finding our car when we came back. The Grant Park and Millenium Park Garages are not connected underground, and it is not clear from the sidewalk which ramp or stairway to use.
It was not clear that Lakeside was not a Millennium Garage. Getting from Lakeside to the shuttle was dangerous and did not prepare me for how to access the shuttle safely.

I communicated that I had a change then I needed to cancel and received no response to either inquiry. I did not use parking.com because I was sick and didn't take my trip. Of course you were paid, so you don't care.

Very good experience and quick way to get parking in downtown Chicago at a price much lower than you would pay at the gate.

Great price. The only problem I had is that each time I made a reservation I had to turnout name address and credit card information. When I called and asked, they said there was a button at the end of the reservation to save your information. On my second reservation indent very slow and looked. No button to save information for daily use parking.

parking was good. the garage was clean. problem is that Millennium and Lakeside share the same parking structure. I thought that I had paid for parking at Millennium. I was told that I paid for Lakeside. If the person had not been at the exit to help I may have had a problem. The website needs to be more clear of what we're paying for. Perhaps go as far as t show a photo of which side of the structure i'm paying for parking at.

The parking that I paid ahead for was in a garage that had two different areas. This was not specified on my confirmation information so I parked in the wrong one and almost had to pay again.
