Easy in, easy out and there was a parking attendant to help with the scanning. That made it a plus for me because sometimes when there's no attendant people exiting do not know what they are doing.

I would have rated 4 1/2 stars. First time ever to Prudential Center after a SLOOOW ride down rt 21.
Drove past the entrance the first time around in my opinion for lack of signage. I admit total frustration being in Newark with all the traffic congestion didn't
help. The garage experience was 1st rate. Making a reservation on line beforehand helped especially since
street parking was packed. Not that the garage wasn't.
An attendant working the garage directed me to a open space. How's that for service. He rates 5 stars. Next time heading to the Prudential Center will definitely book again. Thanks for a very good experience, especially since my view of government services overall
rarely meet expectations.

Great location near prudential center. Prepaid for cheaper option. No issues.

Great location for parking. This is the second time I have parked at this parking garage location. The staff who were there were friendly and helpful. It was easy to enter and exit. My bar code was scanned with no issues. Great location when attending events at the Prudential Center.

The process to purchase my parking voucher was easy; unfortunately, however, the parking lot exit scanner wouldn’t recognize the QR code, so I ended up paying twice, using my credit card, because there was a line of angry people waiting in line behind me. I would not risk using this service again.

The QR didn’t work and we were stuck in the parking garage for over a half hour at 11 pm.

I pre-paid $106.00. The fee at the garage was $40.00!
You are thieves! I will never use you again and I will make sure that I pass the word about what a rip off you are

Easy to find. Plenty of parking spots. Completely covered parking. 1 block from the Prudential Center. Will park here again.

I had prepaid, online, for parking. That part was easy. The confirmation email said I could enter on either Green St or Franklin St. I arrived at the Green St entrance but a staff member blocking the way said I could not enter there. I showed him my QR code for the reservation and he let me in. I had to drive to the very top floor before finding an empty spot, and it was literally the very last spot. There were dozens of cars behind me. If I’d been one car further back, there’d have been no spot for me despite having paid $35 in advance. Clearly they were just letting anyone in (but only at one entrance!), regardless of reservations. Doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.

Well lit, very close to venue. Convenient and safe! Got there about 1 hr before game time and there was plenty of parking spaces left.

I was able to edit car license number easily due to getting a rental recently. Very easy. Took a total of one minute to complete. Doesn't get much better than that.

Bought & paid on-line. Could not have been easier. The parking attendant was incredibly professional, courteous & helpful. (Newark NJ, Green St.) Easy in, easy out. Clean & well maintained. Price was competitive with all others.

I prepaid for parking so I knew I had somewhere to go since I had an hour and a half drive to and from the venue. When I arrived, parking was less e pensive in person so I had over paid.

A co-worker told me about this site. I was stressing about where to park at an event. Close to the venue, easy to do online and affordable.
