Easy to park and affordable to go to any event near by.

The price I paid online was $35. When I arrived at the lot the sign did $30. Also, we had to go to the highest level for a spot and there were only 2 left.

The parking was pretty uneventful...just alittle incident with car in front of me stuck at gate unable to obtain a ticket so, there was a slight delay in parking, which was hectic as we were already late for for the event at Prudential due to traffic.

Super easy to setup our long term parking using the website. Very helpful attendant that recommended where to park for the four days we would be in NYC. Very seamless.

I liked how easy it was to quickly book a parking spot in a garage at an affordable rate. I prepaid my booking and when I arrived, I tried to follow the instructions I received via email but to no avail. The instructions stated I should receive a ticket upon entrance and then when leaving the garage and asked to pay, I’d scan my barcode.

However, when I arrived, I was forced to pay at entry. The charge was $35, compared to the $15.99 I paid on parking.com. I had no choice and paid the $35. I then tried contact parking.com to explain the situation. But no one has reached out. Frankly I can’t say I’ve had a good experience. No one wants to pay $15.99 to park in a spot for 3 hours and then pay another $35 on top of that.

Everything about using Parking.com to book my event parking was flawless. It was easy to find a lot close to the venue and the pre-paid price was reasonable compared to typically high event parking fees. The digital pass was sent to my iPhone Wallet, so I just scanned it to gain entrance and was issued a barcoded ticket on the way in. I arrived 90 minutes prior to the event so I was able to park within 100 feet of the entrance. I backed my car in, which made exiting easy. I scanned the ticket at exit and the gate let me through with no issues. I'd definitely use Parking.com again for events at this venue and look to use them for other locations as well.

Excellent customer service. We were on our way to an event at Newark Prudential Center and I couldn't find the parking voucher that I paid for. I was frantic. I called parking.com and the representative immediately found my account and emailed my voucher. Quick action and it saved me from having to pay an exorbitant amount for last minute event parking.

Easy, friendly, straightforward parking. Close to the Prudential Center. Indoor, self-park. Will park here again!

Went for a concert at the Prudential Center. Paid $25 for 4:00 to midnight. Showed up at 6:00 and left at 11:15 and were greeted with an extra $12 fee at the gate when leaving. Don’t trust the sponsored parking packages for a specific event. In the end they charge you whatever they want at garage and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Very easy transaction and had no issues using the QR code on site and I've had no issues with exiting either. Personally, will definitely recommend using this for other events, especially with parking.

Prepaid 35 for parking for a devils game. Showed up and the garage was only charging 25 for game parking.

it was NOT clear from explanations, that i first need scan ticket and then qr-code for paying.
