Quick and easy.

Paying with cash is so much faster. It took at least 30 minutes to get out of the garage, because they were checking everyone's phone on the way out! Ridiculous!!!!

The app showed a price of $10 for parking during a Redbirds baseball game. I was instead charged over $16. I call that deceptive.

There are an insufficient number of handicapped parking spaces within this garage. This location now only accepts credit cards. They ought to resume taking cash payments.

The event parking price was more than the advertised price on the code.

The automatic door was closed and would not open. Your customer service was only able to open the guard arm and we were lucky enough to have someone come up with an ID card to open the automatic door. Horrible experience.

Everything was fine. Attendant was helpful.

A Parking.com slip was handed to me at the entrance. Prospero Place is handled by SP Parking. When it was time to exit the garage, we couldn't ooen the gate. I contacted SP Parking who eventually opened the gate but had no idea who Parking.com was or why someone would be handing out slips to use to park in the garage handled by another company. We will never use Parking.com again.

time was running out on the original parking payment. i renewed, but the charge for 1 additional hour was the same as for 3 hours. it should not charge $11 for one additional hour.

Easy to use and quick to pay even when walking to the field!

Easy access to the ballpark, one price covers the game even if it goes extra innings.

Two things: (1) have an option for cash payments for those who don't want the hassle of a slow-functioning app. (2) Show some patience for the transactions that don't clear immediately and are followed-up by a $50 charge.

Great parking system. I like the security partoling the lot.

We had free tickets to the Redbirds through my husbands work. The parking was so bad and difficult I do not think we would even accept the tickets again. Just not worth the hassle. The whole “code” thing doesn’t work properly. Exiting was a pain and we had to wait for an attendant to help for over 10 minutes. After the game, the side door near the stadium was locked. We had to walk the block to the entrance.

Very professional the way you sign up for parking

I didn’t appreciate a woman texting me out of no where questioning if I was still parked at the garage, and what time I left, and how I left. It came across very suspicious and accusatory. I had a discount for free parking, and it didn’t make sense to be questioned like that. I found out there was an issue with the guy at the front gate telling me to call in, and Mr registering online, which created two accounts by mistake. If she had told me that upfront, it would’ve made more sense why she was asking me those questions, and we could’ve cleared things up faster. I just didn’t appreciate her giving me the third degree upfront and threatening to charge me money for a space I was supposed to have free.
