It was ok. Actual charges should more closely match time spent Parking.

Newer method so Not user friendly. Had to wait for everyone to call causing a delay. Or if you had to verify email wait longer for attendant to come over.

Great workers and safe space close to autozone park.

I didn't run into any issue using Parking.com. The parking at Prospero Place was the best spot for RedBird games and the price was not bad as $18 vs $30 at couple other garages by the AutoZone baseball park.

I resent having to give you a bunch of personal information just to park my car.

27 May I parked and paid for the parking order number 908274549 when I tried to exit no one was at the gate to let me out. The attendant stated they will be at the gate, I would show payment they let me our. That did not happen so I had to call the number at the gate. They asked for the order number and they opened the gate to let me out. Immediately after I exit I get a text for payment. Wait I already paid so I assumed it was in error. Nope I get a text from Spaces asking for payment also and email requesting payment. I responded to both the email and email with a copy of my oayment. I got a response on 30 May saying my response was received (278386) "has been received and being reviewed by support staff" then processed payment to my card on file. So very frustrating about being billed twice with no response to my communications with spaces. On 30 May I attended a ball game and parked and that experience was wonderful, the attendants were present and validated parking payment and let me out. I have been using this parking garage since 2010 so disappointed this happened on the 27th. Thanks

Easy experience. Only suggestion would be a little more traffic control on the higher floors to facilitate a quicker exit.

Phone/Text only arrangement did not work right because people kept pressing wrong gate number (which made me get thru) and I did not get the text message - had to use a QR code to pay and then again Attendant had to help me get out. Poor automation

The young men working the gate are wonderful. The parking is convenient. But logging in and it shows $10 for the event, then being billed 15 + service fees will keep us from parking here anymore.

Plenty of parking, felt safe as we had a crowd and was right at the stadium to see the game.

The instructions were a bit misleading pertaining to the spot in which we parked, but after a few minutes it all became clear. We felt safe parking our car in this garage and was very easy to exit…Will definitely use it again

Easy access and no waiting to pay when you leave.

was told parking was 10.00 and then with fees and whatever else was added came out to almost 20.00. overpriced for only having one employee on a parking lot the used to take cash.

Attendant was nice. Price not what advertised for the May 17 Redbirds game. $10 to park, link did not work. Was charged $16.50 including fees

Instructions too difficult. What happens when internet goes down? Caused a back up on exiting. Prefer human interaction.

The new method of paying is much simpler and easy to manage and having a person there to help people who are using this lot for the first time.

Was scammed at our usual parking garage for a ballgame. We were handed a qr code when entering and told to scan it about 30 minutes before leaving. When we tried to leave, there was no one to open the gate. Wound up calling the regular number and having to pay a second time to get out of the parking garage.
