Text the receipt not email it.
The idea of scanning a QR to pay on an app is nice. However using email As a verification is a horrible idea. I paid at 4:45 pm and didn't get my email until 3:00 am. How do you expect me to show a receipt if I never get the email? I had to pay a second time in front of the attendant forbproof of payment. Text message would be so much better.

I gave almost 30 dollars to park. And they still came to me for another 15 dollars 2 days after! I selected the event i was at, yet they didn't charge accordingly.

We were in Memphis Tennessee on the fourth floor of the parking garage and it was impossible to get down to the exit. We were there for quite a long time and everyone else was waiting. Also, something needs to be done about the exit situation of this garage.

Your payment system presents a major problem for the customer. The issue was when the event was over & everyone was attempting to leave the garage. Since each driver is instructed to scan the QR code & pay to park, the attendants had to receive proof of payment as each car left the garage. We were on the 3rd level & the line did NOT move for over 45 minutes. That is a safety concern & poor use of resources. I will not park in the garage for events.

The entire system has got to be revamped! What happened to paying as you enter??? When we got into the parking structure, we were told to try and be out of the parking structure 1/2 hr after the fireworks ended. However…. Because all the receipts for payment had to be checked as people left, we were STUCK in there for 45 minutes!!!! No movement AT ALL. There has got to be a better way. If I could have given this zero stars, I would have. Quit being so cheap and hire workers to take my money at the entrance again. We will never park here again.

we had to sit in the parking lot for an HOUR because NO one was at the gate to handle problems prohibiting cars from exiting. The only way to find out what was causing the backup was walking up and down the steps from the 4th floor to the ground floor.
It was extremely hot in the car so our choices were to sit in a HOT car or stand in a HOT garage or run air conditioner for an hour chancing running out of gas.

Confusing
my order confirmation stated that i did not need a pass to park because it is license plate enforced, but when i entered i had to prove the attendant made me prove that i had purchased parking. when i went to exit, i had to prove that i had purchased parking again. the app did not show my parking event. luckily i saved the email confirmation that i received which was the only proof that i purchased parking in advance.
