Inputting data into the app was simple. Made paying for parking at an unmanned facility fast and easy!

Easy and fast parking. Just make sure you know or have a photo of your license plate on your phone so you can fill out the form on your phone after to scan the barcode.

I understood parking as a guest is $10 but got charged $20 with no contact info to reach anyone nor explanation about parking rates.

I dislike the scanning of the bar code to exit the parking lot. It was not scanning the bar code and the line was very long to get out.

The parking garage was absolutely disgusting and I believe I was charged double as to what was advertised.

This only works if you are comfortable using your smartphone. You should advise people in advance what info they need to have available: license, credit card, etc.

Directions were confusing entering casino. Gate wouldn’t accept receipt upon exiting.

The app is not easy to use I have my info in app but I have to maneuver several times before able to be where I need to be to get out the gate takes about 10 minutes of my time getting out I know apps can be made to make it easier you guys need to work on the app

The automation is fine tuned.
Usually computer based programs have glitches.
This is so easy and works. Scan the QR code, enter your plate number and payment card and you are good to go. Who ever came up with this is smart.

I was charged for a day and a half of parking though I was only parked for about an hour and the charge was for a car with a different license plate. The full $20 was charged to my credit card. There was no way to correct the wrong information. Also, the scanning process is not well defined and the instructions are difficult to follow.

Convenient

First time using this parking arrangement. I found the experience time consuming, confusing and cumbersome. It required the user to located the QR, scan it, and then fill out a form including credit card info. After doing so, it said to enter a code at the gate, yet when I pulled up, the gate opened automatically.
While it may be convenient for Resorts, it would be more convenient to the customer to simply pay at the gate.

It was difficult to figure out how to apply my discount. I ended up paying the full price.

Very easy to park, short walk to boardwalk. Checking out was a breeze!

The check out part of getting out of the garage was confusing. Using the QR code was better than an app. But I was confused about the voucher I had. I gave up and just paid on my phone and wasted the voucher I was given from my conference.
