Super easy and convenient!
Super easy and convenient!! In at 7:30am and out before 7pm, saved a ton of money off posted rates and parked right in Rockefeller Center. Highly recommend if you need one day parking in that area.

Once we arrived at the parking complex we were told that they were full and couldn’t honor our reserved parking. After several discussions back and forth they eventually let us park. Why sell reserved parking if your spot isn’t really reserved. Just taking money.

I prepaid my reservation in full days…
I prepaid my reservation in full days prior. Upon exiting the garage I was told I needed to swipe my card again. The next day I noticed a 2nd charge had hit my credit card and immediately contacted the company to advise I was double billed and request a refund. It has been a week and I have yet to receive a refund. Appears I will be spending my extra time to chase this refund. Not happy!
