Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I booked and paid the parking the night before . It's wasn't cheap because I have an SUV. Anyway , the day of the event , the street on which my parking lot was booked for was closed and I was unable to enter. This should have been something noted prior to booking any lot if the street will be closed .This site does not issue refunds so I ended up having to book with another site that charged me less and issues refunds in case of anything like this occurring. I will not book with this site ever again as I had to to pay double for parking.

Be super early and be patient….
It took us 30 min just to get into the parking deck bc it was absolute chaos inside the parking area causing us to be late for a tour we had booked. The workers seem to be doing the best with what they are dealt bc it’s a maze of vehicles they are meticulously moving one by one….you do not park your own vehicle. They had problems locating the vehicle when I returned 2 hours later. Patience is a must and showing up extra early is necessary if you have a set time you have to be somewhere. The system the workers use appears to be antiquated which also results in the delays.

Refunded
I purchased parking ahead of time for a van, and made sure to choose oversized. When we arrived, I was told the lot was not big enough and was turned away. While the experience with the lot was poor, I sent an email to the customer service at parking.com and was given a prompt refund, hence the decent rating for the site.

I drove in, followed the directions from the attendant and was on my way within minutes. Car was ready to go when I got back. Simple as that.
