Rude and dismissive.. damaged my car!
I had visited the city to look at engagement rings and thought a garage would be a safe spot for my car… I was wrong. The workers were completely rude to me right off the bat. I tried to tell them I had a reservation and they wouldn’t listen or let me park in the reservation spots. I got sent to the bottom of the parking garage and was rushed out of my car and everyone was short and dismissive.
When I went to pick up my car, I was with my friend who had the reservations on her phone. When we tried to explain to the attendant, we got a hand wave and “yeah yeah yeah”. He got her car and told her to “go go go” “no time for talk”. He came back to the desk to scan my ticket and I was trying to explain that she has it on her phone and he wouldn’t listen, just kept telling me “get your card out and pay” aggressively. My friend pulled her car out of the way of anyone and walked back over and he started yelling at her that she didn’t belong here because she needed to leave. I was over him ordering us around without listening, I yelled back that she has my reservation number and needs to be here to help me. He said “why didn’t you tell me” I said “we keep trying but you won’t listen and keep talking over us!” He blankly looked at me and scanned her phone for my car. When he was looking for my car we realized that they had no idea where my car was and my friend and I had to walk around to find it for them. My car was squeezed between a concrete half wall and SUV so tight that the side view mirrors were less that an inch apart. Instead of this man moving the SUV, HE CRAWLED OVER THE HALF WALL AND THROUGH THE PASSENGER SIDE OF MY CAR. My friend and I were STUNNED. We started yelling at him, because what the f*** are you doing??? Another attendant came over and just watched for a second. We were asking him to do something about his coworker being so unprofessional and he went to the key box and clicked the key for the SUV next to my car. He walked in front of my car and silently watched his buddy finish climbing through my car, while pushing the button for the SUV and when the attendant got into my driver seat he just shrugged. The man pulled my car out of the incredibly narrow spot and when he pulled in in front of my friend and I he didn’t say a word to us and just left the area. My car has scuffs along the driver rear quarter panel where it looks like they hit it with the SUV trying to get it so close. No one would address me or my friend at this point. So now I have a scratched up car and a terrible experience at this place. Never again.

Using the app is easy and convenient. The garage itself was a little slow and I ended up missing my performance as a result. Oh well. But I will definitely use this app again!

Middle eastern guy and I got into an argument because he wanted a key to my Tesla.. which is keyless. He got all mad about it and went to his manager who told him to let me park it. The guy almost denied me access to park even though I already paid for it. If you hate your job so much, just go get another one.
