The app worked well enough to let us pay, but wouldn't let me scroll to my license plate's state. I was stuck on Alabama and hoped the numbers counted.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I paid the parking fee and I still got a ticket and the completely would not work with me. The person I tried to work with to resolve this was a complete ass. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any business.

Take Apple Pay! I had to enter my credit card information several times. Also had difficulty figuring out which zone I was parked in. Other patrons in the lot had the same complaints. You stand in the parking lot filling out into so long, you end up late for your reservation.

Slow
Slow, overly intrusive, the website is also the antithesis of good design. it should not take five minutes to secure a parking spot and pay for it. Let alone the ten minutes it took. SO MANY POPUPS and random crap oozing out of the edges of the site. Why do you need my name, address or anything else? The kiosk doesn't ask for any of that.

I choose to park in premium parking and…
I choose to park in premium parking and am still waiting a longer time to be picked up, i have walked to the check in station twice to ask if i have been forgotten. Twice in 2weeks.

Overpriced
Overpriced. Adding time costs 1000% more than just putting on more time than you plan on using in the first place. Payment was convenient, and they didn’t tow my car when I forgot to pay for the first half hour I was there. So, I don’t like the experience but it could have been a lot worse.
