Very easy to do with the QR code. I appreciated the text reminder of my time expiring soon. Didn't need more time but appreciated the easy way to do that if needed.
Take Apple Pay! I had to enter my credit card information several times. Also had difficulty figuring out which zone I was parked in. Other patrons in the lot had the same complaints. You stand in the... See more

The easy to use technology to pay for the parking. And the prompt communication to advise before the ending time of the parking.

When I wanted to extend my time the price didn’t change that small amount of money it was as if I was doing a new transaction that is not an extend your time.

I didn't have any bad experience, nothing exceptional either.

The site I was sent to after scanning the code at the kiosk crashed a couple times while I was trying to pay, which required me to re-enter all my info reach time. Not the end of the world, but a bit inconvenient when you're on a hurry to get somewhere. System should be a bit more reliable if your not going to have parking attendants taking payments.
I did like getting a reminder about my remaining time before it expired. I got a reminder about 30 minutes before expiration if I remember correctly. I liked being able to add more time from the link provided in the reminder text I received.

Easy to use on the machine or using the QR code and your phone. Doing it on your phone was 5.35 instead of 5.00 for 10 hours.

I was attending a conference and was supposed to only be charged $5.00 per day. My card was charged $24 for 2 days.

Very convenient. The only thing that would make it better is if it were free.

Site was super slow. Took forever to get through payment. Didn't like how adding an additional time resulted in the same price. Like two hours and 45 minutes was the same price..

I appreciated the location of your parking lot—offered handicapped parking as well—needed to go to Cafe Molise.
The ability to park through the use of a card was great—the amount charged was fair in every way.

Worked fine, but when you put in a lot number, it's frustrating that it doesn't show you the hourly price before selecting time/paying (vs. had I searched for parking in the area).
At an event I went to, I opted to use the web app instead of the kiosk to avoid lines. I ended up paying significantly more because I assumed that after a few hours, it would make sense to just select 1 day for the duration.
The second day of the event, I decided to try 11 hours to see if it was any cheaper and it wasn't.
Later I found out people were paying less than half the price at the kiosk by selecting 10 hours. And that would've worked on the app if I'd known where the cutoffs were.
So, I don't know. It was partly the hotel's fault for informing us of the higher price which led me to expect it, but it would've been nice if Parking.com had provided the hourly rate up front or before selecting a duration.

This was a total rip off. 3rd party parking company. I paid over $17 for three and a half hours. The hotel parking pay meter was only $5.00 for under ten hours. I didn’t realize this was a third party service. Very frustrating. I never leave reviews. But heads up!

The app worked fine. what wasn’t fine is I paid $24.00 for 2 hours through the app. What I found when I was walking out of the parking garage is there was a pay kiosk I could’ve paid $5.00 for the same 2 hours. I feel I was a bit over charged.
I would rather scoop my eyeballs out with a spoon than pay for parking.
They charged 5 dollars for any amount of time and then 5 dollars to extend, I ended up spending 5 extra dollars because I didn’t know It was the same cost to choose more time in the beginning. Absolute bullsh*t I hope they will see the double charge and refund me otherwise I will be spreading as many negative reviews as possible. I apologize to the person who has to read this I know it’s not your fault hahaha

I really like the convenience of the app. This time was a bit confusing because there was a taped up sign saying free event at the Sheraton. But placards Stated no free parking at any time. It was a bit confusing so I paid anyway. Five dollars is a lot cheaper than a ticket.
