The only problem I had was figuring out the initial start of the payment process. There was an attendant that guided me. He was great. Without him I couldn’t have done it. There needs to be a simpler way. I watched and everyone was having problems on the initial start. Maybe make the directions simpler for us older

There is clearly a sign in the lot stating that with a credit card payment the daily rate is 9.75 plus tax yet we were charged 15.99 for the day. I tried multiple times to restart my reservation to see if there another way to get the correct rate and couldn’t find a way.

The unit on the website was time. I need to know hours, days or minutes. Hours would seem standard. But nope. Not at the lot I was at.
No information what is the price. I prepaid for 3 hours but I stayed under 2 - easy money for you but bad review for you too. There is poles that make exit from left side difficult. Thank you for asking.

Efficient and I like the text reminders when parking is about to end.

having to set up an account and/or log in to a site to pay for parking is too much when it's your first time there and you do not know where you are going and if you are running late. Then I had to pay $10 to park for 45 minutes.

parking was fine everything went easy for me. I just wanted to add that you also need to know your parking lot receives several people, several nationalities, some people may have difficulty paying with the Qr code. if you can arrange entry with a ticket and exit you pay for your ticket, that would also be good for all nationalities

Parking there was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I went on a mission trip to Mississippi with a church group. On the way home we stopped in St. Louis and wanted to go to a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium. On of the adults found this lot online supposedly for $15. We bypassed multiple lots on the way that had attendants to take your money. We pulled in this lot and there were no signs as to how much it cost and there was no attendant there. There was a machine to make payments but it was covered up with a bag. We looked around and eventually found a sign on a faence saying the scan the QR symbol to make a payment. I did that and filled out ALL the information which was credit card number, expiration date, 3 number code, my name, address, vehicle license plate and state. This took quite some time. Finally when I got it all in and pressed pay, a message popped up saying payment was not accepted. I did it all again. Same thing. I used a different credit card. Same result. Did it again. Same thing. One of the other adults did it also. Same result. We sent all the other people in our party to the Game as it already started by now. Finally we found a phone number we could text. The otehr adult put in all the informantion but her card would not go through because, due to all the other activity, her card company locked up her card. I put in all the information (AGAIN) and it went through. Then I had to do it again for the second vehicle. I missed the first inning of the game. I would never use this lot again. By the way. It cost me $20.99 per vehicle to park there. We could have parked at numerous other lots for less and not have all this trouble. I would never use them again I would caution anyone reading this to sterr clear of this company as well.

Very convenient. Paying online has made parking very easy & much more comfortable. The attendants are very helpful & extremely polite.
It was very convenient to pay in multiple places on the lot. You can pay using your phone or by card. When I left I received an email saying thank you for using their parking lot.
Parking this time was fine. We use this lot for Cardinal games and City SC games. However, we were set to a debt collector and being charged $65 for not paying for parking on opening day of the Cardinals season. My daughter got scammed by a person impersonating a lot attendant. Now there are signs all over about that on the lot. I don't feel we should have to pay a $65 debt for that. You should be able to better control your lot, but also, we would pay what we owe, even though she already paid cash. Unfortunately we can't seem to get a resolution or find someone at the company to discuss with.

The sign said $9.75 for the day so I paid it (plus a $1.00) service fee, but then received a text after 1 hour saying I my time was running out and had to pay again. So I ended up paying twice. Terrible service and very disappointed.

The amount that u charge should not be that much to park for an hour and there’s no one on the lot that helps you with the parking spots. There’s people parking in two or three spots or taking up two or three spots it’s it’s all unorthodox.
