The confirmation email for the app took forever to get back.
I ended up paying twice because of this.

My recent parking experience was fine so far. In the past I had received 2 parking violations but sent proof of payment, which was corrected, then I received a letter from a collection agency on parking that had been paid. I did not receive a violation letter. Again I sent proof of payment but have not been contacted.
The parking lot attendant for the St Louis Blues game was the rudest person I have ever encountered. The way he talked to people who came to park, I would never talk to someone the way he talked to people.

This is the second time I’ve had a stay over a week in the past 4 months. I have a newborn and pay for covered parking. I had to wait 15min at 4am for the driver to pick us up. Upon our returns we’ve waited 5-10min. Not as bad. They used to always have someone right there. Made the additional cost of parking worth it. Now I’ll be paying for the cost of a driver because of the poor experiences. To add, I’ve called to let them know each time when we’ve been waiting to be met with attitude and excuses. “They will be right there in a moment”.

I paid $10 for 2 hours. That’s expensive for no reason. It should have been $2 at most. Especially when it’s jam packed and the kiosks don’t even work. Not to mention there’s no body in the little window where someone should be.
I love being able to book in advance via your app knowing I'll have a spot available when I arrive for the sporting event.
I tried to park for 1 hour because I had a 30 minute appointment with the IRS. I paid over $10 for 1 hour. It then began to get close to my expiration time and because my appointment was delayed I was not finished yet. I tried to add time(another 15 or 30 minutes) and the app was going to charge me the initial amount again(over $10 again) Come to find out this lot has flat rate parking for the day, no time restrictions. The app however would have let me pay $10 every 15 minutes. Why does the app even ask for a time period if it’s flat rate for the day at this lot? Why are you overcharging customers?

It was a good parking spot but a little confusing on where the parking was

That location routinely has vagrants posing as attendants taking money from people who don't understand that it's a virtual pay only lot. I felt that when I denied to pay him, my vehicle became targeted for a break-in, because my truck bed cover was tampered with while I was at the game.
Very easy to reserve/pay ahead of time and just display my receipt in the window.

I sent a dispute about a parking ticket. (I selected 8 hours in the app which is the same cost as 9 hours. I stayed 8 hours and 20 minutes and got a parking ticket.) Never received any response. A month later a collection agency contacted me. Zero customer service.

It started out good. Going online, no problem. Buying the pass, good. I had to change the license, talking to the CSR was positive. When we arrived in St. Louis on Spruce St, there was a 1301 and a 1303, but not a 1300 as indicated. There was no sign that said SHOE Parking. The lots at 1301 or 1303 did not have a sign, there was no attendant at either lot. It was unclear if we should park at either lot, without an attendant or better signage, as it was unclear that this was a lot that we wouldn't have to end of paying, or getting locked in. We ended up going to another lot with an attendant and paying $20.00. I have to say, it was not a positive experience and I will never go through Parking.Com again. In addition, I tried earlier today to email you my experience and could not get the email to go through on your own website.
Really easy to use!
Would like a "cash option" but I understand why there isnt one in the city lots!
