Putting app on phone

Putting app on phone. navigating thru. Why can't attendant collect cash or card? What if you don't have cell phone or you left at home? Prefer the old way.

Paid for the parking and then received…

Paid for the parking and then received an intimidating notice in snail mail that I owed $75 for a parking violation! Left arm not talking to right arm. Am angry about this and won’t park there again!

The app is very difficult to navigate…

The app is very difficult to navigate and it took me about 25 min to finally get it to work. Could not read what spot I was in and I made up a license plate because by the time I got to where it needed that info I was already inside the venue.

The parking is very convenient but I…

The parking is very convenient but I have been accused of not paying for parking over and over. The camera for some reason reports a month later and yes I have and cam provide proof of payment but who wants to keep going through this. After I submit my proof no letter of apology or email nothing. Very unprofessional

Like that its easy to get in and out…

Like that its easy to get in and out of, feels safe, like that a person is there. Dislike paying the same as the bigger garages, now its the same as most regular large garages. No reason to choose this one over other places with the same pros.

Parking was good like normal but paying…

Parking was good like normal but paying is ridiculous. The payment things didn’t even work. No one was taking money. Had to use a smart phone which isn’t a big deal for me but a huge hassle for people who don’t know how to work one.

Website is a pain

Website is a pain. I couldn’t pay until the next day because it was asking for my phone number. When i put my number in it would say please enter manually. I was entering manually. Also sign said 8 dollar parking then i had to pay 25 dollars here.

Dishonest, misleading payment app shared marketing revenue.

The parking app pages for filling out payment was purposely covered with a malicious subscription "Game" company designed to aquire credit card info from an unsuspecting, unaware (Parking) customers trying to pay the lot fee. Ads are fine but, the parking company and the game company know exactly what's going on - malicious, aggressive, dishonest and misleading content on an the payment app designed to mislead customers. I should charge the parking company for my time exhausted with canceling my card info with the game company.
