The overall experience was good
The overall experience was good. The area is a little congested and prone for accidents to occur. A person at the entrance would help with the flow of traffic entering into the garage area, ans also the inside of the garage can use brighter lights.

I was given a hard time about having…
I was given a hard time about having pre-paid for parking from a worker. I was told it was a waste of time to do that... if it's a waste of time then why offer it? Also I don't understand how that's a waste of time when I was basically just reserving a space for one of the busiest weekends of the year. I would rather be safe than sorry. I knew it wasn't a "VIP" pass as the worker treated it by saying i'd still be paying the $30 and parking on the second floor. That wasn't the point. Overall, this interaction was just silly and definitely off-putting but other than that parking was good.
