The parking lots are located in very convenient areas around the Courthouse. The entry and exit process is smooth, there is plenty of room to park and with the QR code payment system, it is very convenient to get in and out. I also like that I receive an email with the charge which I can use to report my expenses. Moreover, I receive a text indicating my time is about to expire and giving me the option to extend my stay. Gone are the days when one needed to run down and out to feed the parking meters! The one thing that disappointed me was that one of the days I needed to park, I confidently left my car and, upon scanning the QR code, I saw that there was a charge more than four times the usual. This was—I found out—because Disney on Ice was in town and the lots near the courthouse are also near the event venue! This was an unwelcome surprise and I was glad I had plenty of time to go to the nearby parking garage which is only twice as expensive as the parking.com parking lot. If I had been in a hurry to get to a hearing, I would have been even more displeased. There was no sign at the entrance indicating “Event Parking”. As I have seen in other lots.

The process was fairly simple, the instructions were clear and the transaction came off without a hitch.

It would be nice to know that no matter the time that was chosen that I would have been charged $30. It needs to tell you how much per hour or let you know it’s a flat rate. I ended up paying $60 for 4 hours to park. That’s ridiculous. Nowhere where you pay did it say anything about a flat rate or hourly rate.

I generally have a positive experience, however on days where there is an event at the T-mobile center in Kansas City my fee goes from $7.49 to $30.99 even though the event doesn't happen until the evening. If I'm not there during the event I shouldn't pay event prices.

Parking lot attendant wouldn't accept our proof of payment even though it was from their website. He said it was only valid if he saw us pay for the service. So we were double billed. And customer service won't help

The app charged me for parking but never sent my receipt. Happen on December 12th. Got charged 3 times in December 12th

I tried to book 4 hours of parking and it somehow billed me for 4 days. I immediately knew of the problem but could find no way to reverse or correct the situation.

I do like that I can order parking online, sometimes the site, that is a helpful thing. Alot of people do not like to get parking on the spot when having to get into work. Please keep that portion of your site working, thanks!

Everything was satisfactory however I realize to late that 1 hours ir all days costs the same and I ended up paying twice
Get the longest time you can get all at once

There were no signs let me know if I was parking in the right place and no slots in the lot that I eventually parked in.

Had to circle several times before I could enter the lot due to only having one individual working few lot right there in the same area….

Very easy to pay for my parking without ever getting out of my car. Downloaded the app, got reminders when my time was almost up, and was able to modify my time if I needed more.

The location of the lot and gate agent were both great. The lot really needs to be labeled with its address. There are 2-3 more lots in very close proximity and it’s hard to tell which one is which.
