I liked the convenience of the parking and how to pay, however I only needed parking for 30 to 45 mins and was still being charged $15. I think that’s a bit pricey especially if parking was less than an hour.

There was a homeless man acting as if he worked the lot guiding people in and another when we returned in a wheelchair sitting by our car until my husband got out and had words with him to move from behind our car.

Got the job done. The space was less than a block from where we wanted to go on an early Saturday evening.

They made it so easy to park in downtown San Antonio. Scanned QR code and paid that easy!

It took way too much trouble to pay on the keypad.

There was drug addicts surrounding my vehicle every time I went who get in the car I felt so unsafe

I liked the idea to pay for parking like this, but I was unable to figure out how to add time to my parking space when we decided to stay longer in that area. Instead I had to "start over" and therefore had to pay more money which was not good.

Easy process to log in and calculate the time for payment

Not bad at all. It is a piece of asphalt where you can leave your car, what really do you expect? It was cheaper than some, but there are others cheaper. Cost $20 before tax & fees, however, the sign at the lot says (said) $15! The only one thing that I found to be annoying was that it is $20 for 2 hours or 24 hours, I do not recall seeing any signage to that effect. Overall not a bad experience and far cheaper than the hotel wanted.

Do not accept foreign phone numbers format.
So Impossible to receive confirmation of the registration.

I had a small bus; needed to pay for 2 spaces but couldn't (or couldn't figure out how).
Also, some way to get confirmation, feedback, etc. besides from just the QR code.

Lied about price. It said 10$. On many signs.
And it was over 25$.
Other than that it was fine.
