The sign says $15
The sign says $15 . The price was a ripoff because I thought 3 hours would cost less than 24. So I need to add time and end up paying $50 for 9 hours. This absolutely corrupt dishonest and it stinks. I was only there 8 hours.

…App Kiosk and fluctuating prices,
Having to do the APP thing or pay at a kiosk is not my preference but seams to be the way parking is going downtown San Antonio. The price fluctuates pretty greatly and at times you have to select the amount of time in advance which is problematic as events take longer then expected at times. Not convenient at all especially if there is a change of any kind of being towed!!

VERY expensive for 1-1/2 hours
VERY expensive for 1-1/2 hours! It’s hard to read my phone screen in the sun because you provide no shade. Takes too long to input all the info you want. I prefer putting my money in someone’s hands or in a box. I don’t like going downtown any more because trying to park is so difficult.

Parking Lot Review
Sign at the entrance of the parking lot posted $15 to park. It was $25.00 This seems missleading.

I accidentally reserved 3 days instead of 3 hours and when I called the company, they refunded me the difference between 3 days and 3 hours. I really appreciate the company for correcting my mistake.
