Can't beat the price. Shuttle is fairly regular, so they wait isn't too long.

I had such an awful experience while…
I had such an awful experience while Traveling alone with my one year old daughter. When I first arrived at the value park lax there was no spots available, but I was able to purchase a spot… that already was a little hard to navigate because I have to drive around a wait for about 30min until I found a spot. I had to park on the FOURTH FLOOR and come to find out while arriving at the elevator they were out of service!! So I had to walk down 4 flights of stairs while pregnant and holding my one year old, my luggage, diaper bag and a stroller. While coming back to the parking garage on the 22nd we waited for almost an hour outside in the cold because there were not enough shuttles for as many people that needed to be taken back to their cars. When we finally were able to get onto the shuttle it was sooo packed with people that I could not shift my legs or have my daughter move because people had no choice but to be way to close for comfort. Covid is still here and that was absolutely not okay. I have never felt so uncomfortable while traveling. Once we got the the parking garage to pick up my vehicle the Elevators were Still Not Working!!!! So once again I had to hold my daughter, my luggage, a diaper bad and a stroller alllllll the the same time wand walk up 4 flights of stairs at 12:30 at night!!! I cried because of how tiring and hard it was to make it to my car. I should not have to pay for such an awful experience, a parking garage where the elevators don’t work and a shuttle that’s had so many people on it while Covid is still here just to make it back home.
The parking that I was offered and paid…
The parking that I was offered and paid for, was a nightmare. I had to park on the 6th floor of the parking structure and with my 2 suitcases and carry one and backpack, I had to use the stairs to get to the bottom floor for the shuttle. You can tell that the elevator hasn’t been working for quite sometime. A note saying that the elevator wasn’t working was posted and you can tell it was posted quite some time before.

I’ve used Value Park often and have had no issues. Easy in and out and affordable rates. A couple times the wait time for pickup upon arriving back to LAX and returning to the lot has stretched to 25-30 minutes but the shuttle has always shown up. Otherwise I would continue to reserve parking here.

Good location and easy to get in (need to be clear that customer may not meet anyone and absolutely need his barecode to get into the parking, there is nobody around to help if barecode doesn’t work, which could lead to delay).
The return from the airport is the challenge: first It took me 40 min to realize that the shuttle is running only at the departures level of LAX, lot time wasted waiting at arrivals. Secondly the company only had two shuttles running which made the wait longer. Last the shuttle consolidates three parking lots… of course mine was last. So it took over 2h from luggages pickup to arrival at my parking… not recommended if you arrived from long international flight and or have lots of luggage to move around.

Rude old lady parking attentendant!!
The old lady working didn't let us park 30 minutes early when we arrived from outta town.Then when we actually came back 30 minutes later there was not one parking spot open to park. UNBELIEVABLE!!Never again wi we use this place !!!

Don't use this during busy holiday travel season
The garage was full when I arrived, I got the last spot and then gentleman after me had to park across the street. The person on duty was very helpful and sweet and accommodating, and seemed very apologetic that there had been issues. He drove us to LAX immediately, and was very nice. My trip back was not so nice. Waited half an hour for the bus, and it drove right past--the bus was full. Waited another half hour with the rest of the stranded passengers at my terminal, and I got the second to last seat on the shuttle. The passengers at the next terminal were left stranded a second time. So the shuttle fills up before it reaches the later terminals and they just keep filling them up starting at terminal one. It's possible to be stuck for a long time.
This was about 10 am the monday after Thanksgiving, so I assume that they were just far busier than usual that time. I think it's probably fine to use this garage/service if it's not a peak travel time. The garage itself seems a bit sketchy, dimly lit and it's pretty tight to park--luckily I have a small car!

Got charged twice and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Had to dispute it through my credit card company.
Loved the location
Loved the location. It was easy to catch the shuttle to LAX terminals. It was even easy to get to the 405 freeway to get home. The location is centrally located but far enough to escape the mad hustle of LAX. I only wish that there were more shuttles to get to the terminals. The wait time was a little long.
