Bus came late
Bus came late, I took uber to airport so I would miss my flight. Bus came late picking me up and I was charged for the extra time. Also, elevator doesn't work. I had to drag my luggage all the way downstairs and upstairs. Probably will never park there again.

I made a reservation online for… airport parking
I made a reservation online for Thanksgiving weekend and had to pay prior to entering the garage. However, when I got into the garage there was no parking available what so ever and I never received a refund. Very poor service. They will never receive my business again.

Reserved parking twice in one month
Reserved parking twice in one month. Both times I had to call the reservation center to email me the barcode in order to get inside. Online reservation system should be updated.
Parking was packed and some left key with attendant to park their car later! I was fortunate to find a parking spot and park my car there. I would not leave my car key with anybody. Parking is covered so you car will not be under sun.
