Always had great experience with Parking.com until this time in DC. We couldnt take the Car out until 11am even if we paid penalty. The Car key was kept locked in the facility.

Easy to use. Great for busy, congested cities
I was able to find parking using a map so I could choose a location close to my destination. Map also showed prices.
Using map navigation I was able to pull up directly to my parking garage where the attendant scanned the emailed barcode. Simple, easy, loved it.

Great prices, great location, super clean
The parking garage was extremely easy to find, great location and was super clean. They had the best prices, that were very fair. Everyone that helped us, entering and exiting were so incredibly friendly. If I’m is DC again, I would certainly use this parking garage again.

Help the attendant
The app is functional but the fact that you don’t have a scanner for the poor attendant to use, defeats the purpose. The poor guy has to wait for folks to scream out their confirmation number and it takes even longer than paying upon parking.
