Always had great experience with Parking.com until this time in DC. We couldnt take the Car out until 11am even if we paid penalty. The Car key was kept locked in the facility.

Found a garage in D.C
Found a garage in D.C. to use and it was affordable. However, had a situation arise where I need to leave town early on Sunday and they didn’t open until 11. The gate was down and they had our key.
So, lost five hours of returning for a situation.
They had a plaque on the building for after hours service for $50. I couldn’t get anyone to return the call or come. Not good in an emergency.

Parklng lot sign address and what was…
Parklng lot sign address and what was on my ticket was different. I could not find the lot on 930 H street. I ended up going around the block 3 times and parked on the street. Parking lot had a sign 740 H street parking. I wasted $9 and $20 mins. 😓

Perfect
Going to Washington DC is always treacherous for me, mainly due to parking. With this app I was able to pay for my parking (5 dollars less than regular pricing) and knew exactly where to go once I headed into dc. Everything was perfect

Worked fine
Worked fine, just kind of weird that the whole process is manual once you get to the parking lot (an attendant shuffles paper and passes).

Did not receive my refund!
I could not use the pre-paid parking spot, as we had an emergency in the family. I canceled it 24 hours ahead of schedule, but a week later, I am still waiting for a refund. It is disgraceful and fraudulent!
