Easy to use
Easy to use. We scanned the QR code at the pole where we parked and entered our credit card information. More importantly I received a text stating I only had 20 minutes and did I want to extend. It gave me a link. I pressed the button and extended based on the time options.

I paid for 4 hours of parking and after…
I paid for 4 hours of parking and after 3 1/2 hours I returned to my truck to find a parking ticket. That I was parked in a spot that needed to be paid for , and at this point I clearly had 30mins left on my meter.

Spaces were close to venue
Spaces were close to venue. Ample time for concert, movies, or to walk the grounds. Not giving a five star because the amount was above my comfort zone. Price could have been a little less.

They charged me $21 for parking
They charged me $21 for parking, but the machine at the end of the lane only charged $1 for the same amount of time parking. Ridiculous scam!

As a person with some physical…
As a person with some physical challenges the process of paying for my parking space was extremely easy. I just pointed my phone to the sign with a QR code and could sit in my car and finish the transaction. No walking to a kiosk ,getting a ticket, putting the ticket in the front window, finding out the event is longer than anticipated, having to go back out to the car , get a new ticket (Hoping not to find a ticket!), so on and so forth...being able to check in easily as a guest and just add time from my phone and the process is so quick and smooth is more than I could ask for!

Convenient when the app is working.
Parking.com makes it easy instead of having to walk with a box and get your parking paid for; however, with that being said, the app is buggy. Sometimes it works quickly and easily, and sometimes it can't find my payment or scan properly.
