Simple process for Parking :) Rate was very reasonable.

Had poor cell service at the time and had difficulty loading service to pay for spot. Would have preferred a physical kiosk. Had to input whole hours. Most meters offer 15 minute intervals for payment.

I was charged $30.99 for 3 hours of parking when the rates posted were $4 for 3-4 hours. This is an outrageous amount of money to pay to take our son to lunch on a Friday afternoon. Even if there was an event that evening, we were not there during the event and we were gone hours before said event even began. They don’t post rates other than standard so I had no idea I was being charged this until after when it showed the receipt. Completely shady!!!

Transaction fee shouldn't be 100% of parking fee. Should be 10-30% of transaction amount like most other industries.

The parking system was very easy to use and the parking very convenient to my destination.

Terrible they charge 20 dollars flat fee for all hours don’t do it

Highly over price for nothing really . And the places that are fun do not honor your parking for their discount !!!

What is there to rate? It's just another way for someone to make extra money moniey. Very expensive

This company is unreliable I used the app made a payment of about $2 for each hour I was parked and I was still ticketed. Since I have tried to find a contact number on the company website 1st the website link is an error, and you must google to find. 2nd there isn't a single person you can get in touch with if you need help or need to dispute something. 3rd you have to be a paid member with # in order to leave messages. 4th I have tried to dispute the ticket online however I cannot get in touch with customer service and there isn't a feature to submit photos of proof of purchase. This site is terrible now they want me to pay an additional $10 in order to not have my ticket go to collections? This is ridiculous this is why I paid the $4 to park this is robbery! This company is a joke stealing your money and your time. 0-10 would never recommend to anyone as far as I'm concerned, they should be put out of business. This business model is manipulative and is a headache and targeting the wrong demographic can cause finical and legal issues that this company is responsible for with their terrible lack of customer service or user-friendly features to make disputes.

Still got a ticket during the time I was parked it’s a scam

I paid for parking that wasn’t expired and they still gave me a parking ticket.

It was easy to pay online. They also sent me a reminder before it expired so I could extend the time if I needed to.

The ease of parking and the cost was the main reason for this great review. When 2saw the cost I was amazed, keep it up.
