My experience was bad I paid 20 dollars for the parking spot and we came back to the car and I had a citation for 35 dollars and not even an explanation of why I got it.

I made 3 successful payments over the phone and they still left me a violation citation on my windshield asking for payment or they send me to collection.

I was charged twice for the same time stamp.

Paid for 2 hours of parking. 20 minutes later I received a parking violation saying that my time had expired. As the parking attendant was passing my vehicle I attempted to show the parking attendant my email confirmation...and she could care less. The pissed off 20 something year old parking attendant told me it wasn't her problem and that I'd have to follow the instructions to dispute it. Hands down the most uncaring and rude person I've met in years.

The parking lot was well marked and the price was reasonable for a bowl game.

I was issued a citation even though I paid for my space. I even left with more time on the meter.

Paying for parking here is stupid just make it free

easy to connect and the reminder is amazing. I do think it should save the information from the last purchase. I accidentally let it run out and forgot the spot # and the parking area due to me being new to the area I was in. if it would save it for up to midnight that would have been way easier to add more time back on it

I paid twice but the meter maid still gave me a ticket even though I was in the window of coverage.

There is some disconnect with this service and whoever is enforcing to not understand who paid and who didn’t. It’s frustrating and a terrible user experience.

I am a fan of easy in and out, so that was good, as was access to the L101. Since this event was a "dark and stormy night" kind of evening, it was harder to see and find my vehicle after the event. Probably more me than the markings, but it wasn't as visible as I would have liked.

I tried to text their number to pay, and never got a response back...and while inside, I got fined for not paying like within 20 minutes of being there.

Still waiting for the dispute to settle. Seems lame to have a number up there to text to pay and it doesn't function.

Tell customers how long is allowed in a parking transaction so they do not end up overpaying like I did for additional time.

I used this service and still got a parking violation im having to prove is bogus. Sure did take my money and the extension I paid for too. Bring back meters.

This experience was awful. Find a spot with a normal meter or better yet find a free parking spot somewhere else
