All good. They were waiting to pick up the car at the drop off spot and were already waiting with the car when we arrived back. I thought it was a good service for secure parking.

Excellent communication from booking, to drop off to collection. Only down side was that I couldn’t print the window permit they sent but DON’T WORRY - you don’t need it.

One of the things i liked about this company was that when i dropped my car off to them they take your car and park it for you under cover so you don't have to worry about other drivers or passengers banging their doors against your car or any damage to the bodywork. They are very friendly and professional. When we returned to port they were there waiting for us by the ship. Very pleased with them and would definitely use again.

ParknCruise have been excellent from the outset. Both Danny and Sue have provided excellent customer service. This is the first time we have used this company and so far it has been the smoothest out of all the car parks we have used and to make it even better our car was kept inside under 24 hour CCTV. The drop off and pick up was extremely efficient and also excellent value for money. I strongly recommend this company and hope to use them again.

A little tucked away ,but at least sat nav got me there . Lovely friendly helpful staff who handled all my luggage into the minibus . Smooth transfer to the ship . A bit strange on pick up in that they sent a taxi which took some time due to the fact there were 3 cruise ships swapping over at the same time , but still okay . Recommended

ParknCruise were brilliant and I will definitely recommend them to anyone cruising from Southampton.

On arrival. they were waiting for us, said 'hello' and helped unload the car to the minibus and then departed straightaway. Returning after the cruise was just as easy, they were waiting at the port with our transport on the way.

The value and service was brilliant!

We arrived at depot. Waited for ten minutes and a van came to pick us up and delivered us with luggage to terminal. very easy and efficient. Return was also efficient. they had a man waiting at the terminal with a card.

Cannot fault service for parking the only thing on return on a Sunday from a cruise if you are on an early disembark action you don't get picked up until 08 00 am staff very helpful would use again

Very friendly staff, No time wasting very efficient and smooth transaction for port to parking.

Once the CP had been located things went quite smoothly. The trip to and from the CP to the cruise terminal was OK but on each occasion quite a long wait, about half an hour on each.

Stall friendly and helpful and car in good order upon collection.
