Easy, straight forward, and great value for money. It would have been extra special and five stars if it had been given a wash, as it was very dusty when we returned after just a week.

Excellent service and hassle free, it's only about 5 minutes from the port and the staff are very friendly and the boss even gave us a detailed description of the area as we drove through.

Very good staff and service will use again.

Very pleasant,professional staff who looked after us and our luggage on the way to our ship and on our return. Even phoned us en route to make sure everything was okay.Car kept securely under cover..no nasty bird callings or covering of dust. And was ready and waiting for us when we returned. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Great value for money.

we arrived 2hrs early and the staff were very good, no problem we were taken straight to the docks.
On returning, they collected us within a very short time and our car was ready and waiting on the forecourt.

I was off on a cruise leaving Southampton, half way there I realised I hadn’t arranged parking, a quick google search and parkncruise came up, a quick phone call the the office and all was sorted, Sue answered the phone and was first class with her help, all was sorted for my car as well as my friends who would be joining us, Sue met us at the parking depot with a smile and advice on the process for getting to the ship and what we needs to do when we returned, she was first class and I cannot speak highly enough of parkncruise and Sue in particular, the company should be very proud of her and the way she represents the company, I will always use parkncruise in the future and recommend them to anybody using Southampton to go cruising

Excellent service, very friendly staff who went out of their way to get us to and from the terminals as quickly as possible. Will definitely use again.

The team were so helpful from the very first contact. Everything ran smoothly and we were delighted with the service.

ParknCruise was easy to find and was situated just off main dual carriageways through Southampton. When we arrived we were greeted by the polite staff and a minibus was waiting to load up with our luggage and other passengers and we were quickly on our way to Ocean Terminal. At the terminal porters were waiting to load luggage onto trolleys and we were sent to check in. Very good service we will definitely use again.

Excellent location and service. We didn’t have to wait long for out transfer and our cars were waiting for us when we arrived back

1st class service from beginning to end. Easy to find due to the excellent directions, minimal fuss paperwork, our baggage was taken and put into a people carrier which we shared with another couple. The journey to the cruise terminal took under 10 minutes and we were dropped right at the door. When we returned we rang the company once we were through baggage collection, the transport was waiting across the concourse. Our car was waiting on the forecourt and we were swiftly on our way home. No stress or hassle at all, and the price was reasonable.
