I was hesitant to book with Parkos at first but as I was looking for cheaper option decided to go ahead and book. No regrets! Friendly staff and when they missed my calls would ring back in less than 5 minutes.

The company was a absolute sham , I booked my parking stress free through Parkos , the agents never answered any calls or messages when I arrived at the terminal , leaving me stranded with only 1 hour before my flight departed.
I had called 45 minutes ,30minutes , 20 minutes before arriving at terminal and around 10 phone calls while at the car park at the terminal , if it was not for another company to rescue me with taking my car then I would have been hit with a massive parking bill .
STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDULANT !!

I have used vacationcare parking at Manchester Airport great service welcoming staff instructions were clear. I have read some bad reviews about this parking. But yet to see any bad situation. Great service and will use in the future.

Good service closed to airport a free bus transport to airport. But need drop price little bet

I arrived there around 14:00 PM and I went inside for check in, the guy there told me your booking was cancelled because I was late, I should have been there on time , I told him I had been paying since 12:00 PM and he started arguing. I've never seen such stupid guy anywhere I've parked in all the years so far. They gave is number to rebook the parking, we called on the number to rebook it they asked for an extra £100 for the rebook and when i asked for the refund they said they not be
refunding the money. It most horrible experience I have ever experienced. I booked another car par more than £120 but I am happy to pay that amount.

Nothing to fault - easily found and the parking is secure. Where you leave your car is where it stays with no-one moving it. The shuttle to and from the airport went promptly and arrived quickly. Very happy and would use again.

Parkos is very bad, they are extremely rude and not easy to communicate with.
On my return on Friday 21st February 2025, my car was left unattended and the key left on top on the driver’s side front tyre 2h 30 minutes before landing.
Anyone could have picked the key and driven off.
I had to pay £22 for parking!!!
Avoid using Parkos.

Overall the logistics and communication was very good.
I was in terminal 2. It should be made clear to prospective customers that they are liable for the 6+6pounds (or 7.5 for short stay) charge for the drop off zone that is necessary to use this car park service, as it adds to the total cost.

Unfortunately there are hidden fees. I had to pay twice £10 so they can pick and bring my car to and from car park. As it looked cheap at the beginning, after paying these parking fees, you might as well park it at the main carpark on your own. Safer and cheaper. Disappointed.

Disappointed in the service we received. Followed instructions called the company when we got to west park and unfortunately we had to wait 45 mins for the shuttle to pick us up was so frustrating seen as we had children, had to call them several times as initially couldn't get through then when we did manage to speak to someone kept being messed about, told it was gonna be a fifteen to twenty mins wait then called again and then told to go to a different floor so had to get the lift to floor 1 with all our baggage/luggage it was dreadful from beginning to end. Not happy at all!

I used Parkos at Heathrow airport from 15 Feb till 20 Feb 2025. When I received my car, it was much dirtier inside than when I left it, but the most astonishing thing of all, was that it had no gasoline at all, to the point that I was afraid I wouldn't make it to the nearest gas station. When I delivered my car, it had gasoline for about 100 miles. Where did they take my car? On their webpage, they mention that the cars are parked within 5-10 minutes drive from Heathrow. Never using them again!!! Absolutely unreliable!

Accurate on time, send texts and reassure passengers , help with bags if needed and even mindfully double check with you that you got all you need without forgetting any before setting off!
saved me money while other charge much more

The idea is simple and it works:
1-Book online
2-Come to this address (will be sent to you before your travel time)
3-park and the driver will deliver you and your luggages in one big clean car
4-do the flight
5-then when you return one staff will be waiting to pick you up to the park (just turn phone on upon arrival)

I unplugged my car battery before traveling so that the car would start without any issue when returning, but they also can offer friendly free of charge car jumper help.

Great service. A lady from office called us to provide instruction on the way to the airport and when we returned to the UK. Our driver was waiting for us in airport parking and we returned a lady brought car back right away. Hassel free service. Thank you

Great service! We used the meet & greet at Stansted Airport. Clear instructions of where to arrive, constant communication by phone & text messages. So easy to pull up unload luggage and not have to worry about the parking & then there to meet as we returned, just a quick call once in the terminal. Went for the full valet too , car was immaculate! Would definitely recommend and use again !

Handy and quick. The only improvement would make it crystal clear about entering for LEVEL 4 in the car park in advance

Extremely poor experience with this airport parking service. The initial drop-off was confusing with no clear directions for meeting the collection driver at Heathrow T5. The return was even worse - despite scheduling a 5:15am pickup, I was stranded for nearly 2 hours after clearing customs, with multiple unanswered calls. Finally received my car at close to 8am.

The vehicle was returned in an appalling state - filthy and covered in what appears to be tree sap and debris, suggesting it was parked on a street under trees rather than in a secure facility. After being away for a month, I now need to pay for a full valet service and am anxiously hoping to find no underlying damage once the dirt is removed. The delivery driver was rushed and rude, refusing to inspect the vehicle with me.

Would not recommend due to terrible communication, significant delays, questionable vehicle storage conditions, and complete disregard for vehicle care.
