Would definitely recommend and will most certainly use again. Quick, easy and honestly the best price out of all of the other airport parking services that I researched…and I research very well!! So I couldn’t have been any happier with Parkos. The driver was also very friendly. Great customer service 5*!!!!

Great service, staff are well presented and informative. I had a great experience with the team they also helped me with my luggage.

Lots of little niggling issues with SMG park & ride, who will claim they are upfront in their TC's but their numerous, very poor reviews tell a different story. Compounded by listening to them blatantly lie to other customers who were calling them during our return back to the parking reception about when they would be back to collect. I definitely wouldn't book with them again and would actually hesitate to use Parkos again given that they are still willing to deal with a company with so many bad reviews and complaints and the incredibly dismissive and misleading replies to these reviews from the company. Ultimately I parked, got to the airport on time, was picked up eventually and my car appears to be in one piece but they could do a lot better to encourage trust and safety (like fix the seats down properly in their dodgy white van).

I would 100% recommend using Parkos meet and greet service. I found the process smooth and convenient. I will be using Parkos hence forth to book my long stay parking. Also the car was returned with no issues.

The car was in order but I found it unlocked, the dashboard shows it has travelled 2 miles and when turned the key the aircon went on as was left full on at crazy temperature of 24 degrees.

Great service. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Straight forward and easy to use. There was a slight delay when we arrived back to collect the car, but that was to be expected as it was unusually busy at Heathrow terminal 5 with it being the February half term holidays and at peak time. Such great value for money. Much more convenient and cheaper than travelling by public transport or by taxi for us.

Fantastic service. Lady I spoke to on the phone had a friendly manner, was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Gentleman who I handed the car over too was super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend. Didn't wait long at both drop off and pick up. A matter of minutes at drop off and at pick up the car was already there. I am a very happy customer!

Great value for money. Used meet and greet, was able to give them my car when I arrived at LHR T3 on time. On my return, after calling them, they were at the meet point on time. Very friendly service - would recommend to all.

I used the meet and greet service, and the overall experience was excellent from the start to the point of car collection. The price was reasonable, but the only downside was having to pay extra for the car park during entry and exit twice, which is beyond their control. The staff was polite, and the service was quick. I may use their service again in the future. If they could tag their location on Google Maps, it would have been much easier to find.
