It was nice location close to airport BUT we had to get are own way there which I didn’t no till I parked up then had to find bus to airport also on way back trying to get bus from terminal was a head ache which bus to get No you didn’t provide a shuttle service IT was public transportation we had to find

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…. Terrible service from car park provider, Car parked at various residences, not car park and car used frequently yet Parkos not interested. Unable to contact, take no responsibility nor do they know anything about provider.

Simple to book, arrive with straightforward directions no hassle leave the keys and begin your holiday. Friendly staff and only 5 minutes from the airport. On return, give them a call and do it all in reverse....simple.

Drop off was very smooth. They answered the phone promptly when we rang to say we were 20 mins away and the driver was waiting for us in the car park when we arrived. Again, phone was promptly answered when we rang after our return flight but then we had to wait 40 minutes for them to bring the car to the terminal. Upon returning my vehicle it was absolutely filthy on the outside and also internally. It was obviously by the dirty footmarks inside that 3 people had travelled in the car at some point. When we questioned the drop off driver he refused to answer us. There was also rubbish left in the vehicle which wasn’t ours. Will never use this company again

I fly from Stansted 2 to 3 times a year. This car park was not one of the better ones I’ve ever used would certainly. look for a different one next time bus stop was out the way and buses weren’t on time.

Thank you for providing such a convenient and well-maintained parking space. It was easy to access, clearly marked, and made my visit stress-free. I really appreciated how smooth the whole experience was

Anyone parking with them . Never ever parking again.because the car park looks like in a jangle.and no good service not safe parking my car scratched with them.very bad place

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this meet and greet parking company. On collecting my vehicle, I found the car had been damaged whilst in their care. What's worse is their complete refusal to take any responsibility for this. Their lack of accountability and the poor standard of their service are a serious concern. I'd strongly advise anyone who values their car to avoid this company altogether!

I booked on the basis of "wait 3 minutes on average" and "shuttles every 5 minutes" to arrive at drop off to be told the bus will arrive in 15-20 minutes. When I said it should be every 5 minutes I was told I should have got there earlier.
When I went to collect my car the bus was then every 30 minutes. Which I had to wait.
I will not use this service again.

Very good service and on time

Arrived at Stansted Airport to be told Parkos don’t offer this service any more and our name was not on the list. My gut feel is that something has happened between local agents and Parkos, so please be careful - now liaising with credit card company!

This company is well organized, my car was well maintained during my trip and They have a service to drop off travelers and pick them up on their return. The only thing you need to be prepared to add 10 pounds to the bill, other than that I am satisfied.

It took me almost 2 hours to get my car after l collected my bags. Apparently my car was with the police, because the person who went to collect it the night before was very drunk and police find in my car with car on, but he couldn’t drive because he was too drunk to do so. They didn’t tell me the truth l had to use other ways to find out why was car at the police station. No apologies just a hip of lies. Never using meet and greet again.

Very easy process. I will admit i was a bit afraid that the barrier code wouldn't work based on other reviews, but i had no issues. Parking lot was well taken care of and i felt secure leaving my car there.
