When i returned from my holiday and rang them, they told me they couldn't bring my car to me as the car was undriveable because the clutch had gone!! They told me the clutch was stiff and that was the reason it had failed. I explained that the clutch was stiff because it was an uprated performance clutch and that I think they burnt the clutch out by not using it correctly. I then asked if they could collect me from the,airport and take me to my car to which he replied that he would text me the address and id have to get there myself. So myself and my husband got,a taxi for the 1 and a half mile journey to a pub car park with gates that were locked. I then rang again to ask for them to come and unlock the gates so I could at least get in to my car They added 33 miles on my clock even though the compound was only 1 and a half .miles from Heathrow OMG I wanted to cry, My beautiful car which is never dirty inside or out was backed into a bank of knee high stinging nettles under a tree which had dropped sap,seedlings,leaves and birds droppings all over it and covered in a thick layer of dust. The clutch pedal was on the mat no pressure, nothing so it was as they said undriveable. We got the car towed and
then got the national express home AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Everything worked very smoothly in terms of meeting at the airport and returning our car upon return.

Such a big scam Parkos! Never ever book with them!
Looking for airport parking and came across parkos which was cheaper however, they are very misleading from "FREE SHUTTLE"when you book to read terms and conditions where it shows £2.50 per person so it ended up being more expensive than parking directly at airport.

Moreover, reaching out to them as I had several issues from waiting 50 minutes to depart from the parking to
endangerment driving due to frozen windscreen and driver refusing to clean it to driver telling myself and my fiance to use the bushes if we need a bathroom.
Bottom line Parkos will tell you, we are a third party, reach out to the parking directly. You reaching out to the parking and come across the most disrespectful "manager" or "director" that you can ever see, blaming the customer for literally everything and even why I did not used the toilet at the airport.

The biggest SCAM that you can ever come across is PARKOS! Avoid booking if you think is cheaper because it is not! and you will be in between third party parkos and parking with no resolution!

Very friendly and helpful staff on our arrival. On return our flight was delayed and it was very late, but the driver kept in contact and came back to pick us up despite it being after midnight, really really nice guy. Would highly recommend

The booking stage was easy, and I had enough reminders sent on and before the day. I had booked 11:30 to 15:30 time slot for April 7th to 16th. . Got there an hour late and the lady that attended to me via the phone was able to sort me out. When I got back from my vacation, My plane was delayed for an hour before taking off and when I landed on the 16th, I had barely gotten past the Egate security check when I got a rude call saying I am late to picking up my car. I informed her my plane just landed at 14:25 and my time slot should expire at 15:30. I had not even gotten my baggags. We got into an argument on when my plane arrived and havingto pay a fine for late pick up. This was very unprofessional and very bad service as I felt harassed and rushed. And to top it, I was not informed while booking that I would have to pay £10 each for parking tickets for dropping off the car and receiving the car. That's £20 unplanned hidden charges.
I will definitely not refer or use again.

I've used Meet & Greet a few times with various company's.

This one was fine, I'd advise people to give them at least 30 minutes notice before arriving.

Booked meet and greet via Parkos with a company called Apple Parking. What Parkos fail to inform you is the hidden charges you must pay for thr short stay. I paid an extra £21.50 to drop off and £7.50 to collect to the car park. I also waited 45 mins for my car to be returned to me despite calling them once through passport control. I was cold and exhausted and desperately wanted my car to go home. 45 minutes is unacceptable. I would not use again.

Driver met me at my pick up point , after ringing me enroute couple of times to make sure we were ok.

took all our details of flights , then took us to the airport and dropped us right outside departures.

We had a number to ring when we landed , but before i even got a chance , as we landed they rung us to see how we were getting on, and agreed meet and pick up time allowing for clearing customs

Both drivers were friendly and ultra helpful, and for the cost this service is a no brainer , will always use on any future trips (15 mins to Gatwick tops!)

Excellent service from booking to dropping off our car and pick up.

Would definitely use Triangle again. They rang us when we were on our way to the airport to confirm drop off details. The driver met us within 10 minutes. He was really friendly and polite and explained what to do when we arrived back.
On our return he met us at the drop off point in around 10 minutes after I called him. No issues at all.

Hidden charges we were not aware of. We would not of booked if known. It is not cheap! Unprofessional service on top. They don’t really know what they are doing and don’t care.

We found it incredibly stressful finding the drop off, then we had driven through drop off zone and had to pay £10 fine, then £10 drop off and pick up in car park, never using again

The drop off was fine. The problems started when getting our car back. The driver who dropped off the didn't put the handbrake on causing the car to start rolling back, the inside of my car had been ransacked, all my personal belongings had been chucked on the back seat and there was a empty bottle of wine left in my car! The car was also covered in bird poo and blossoms from where it had sat under a tree. Disgusting service. Horrible end to a holiday.

Easy friendly staff

Great value for money everything was very quick efficient and the staff were very helpful and things went to plan. My car was waiting for me right outside the airport they collected it from the right outside the airport on departure.

Do not use this service they are a bunch of con artists basically bunch of thieves.They took my money never refunded me
