everything went ok on departure but on…

everything went ok on departure but on arrival I had to wait over an hour for the car to be brought to the airport.
The main problem was communication , I phoned as I went through passport control and was told the driver would phone me when he was on his way.
This didn't happen and I tried 4 or 5 times to phone Express Meet and greet with no answer , eventually they answered and they arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes from the first call..... not good !

Incredibly Disappointing…

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this meet and greet parking service. I called ahead to inform them that I was stuck in traffic and my arrival time would be delayed by about 20 minutes. Despite this, I was met by an extremely unhappy individual upon arrival who lacked any form of identification to suggest he worked for the company. He started shouting that I was late and claimed he had been waiting for 30 minutes, even though I had informed his colleague of the delay. Although he acknowledged the call, he continued to be difficult and argumentative.

Adding to the frustration, when I initially rang to confirm our arrival, I was told to hurry up as they wouldn’t wait around. However, upon reaching the meeting point, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes for them to arrive. The only saving grace was the much friendlier gentleman who handled the drop-off of the car.

I was unpleasantly surprised to discover I had to pay an extra £7.50 for the car park drop-off fee, which was not made clear during the booking process. On top of that, I incurred an additional £15 for car park entry—another hidden cost that wasn’t properly advertised. If I had known, I would have chosen a cheaper quote by another provider instead.

Overall, this experience has left me thoroughly disappointed. As someone who travels 7-8 times a year for over 20 years, this has been the worst meet and greet service I’ve encountered. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this service again.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Ended up booking another company while I was waiting at the Airport.
Used so many company's and not had an issue. I messaged ahead of time. And they said no one was in the office so couldn't collect the car.

Avoid this company if you value your…

Avoid this company if you value your car. I used it for a period of three weeks on a meet&Greet basis. The drop off was OK but coming back was a problem as this company told me that the landlord of the parking site used to stored has ended their contract and as such I had to wait to be collected and taken to my car. The car that eventually turned was dirty. The driver did not help with luggage, the boot was stuck closed for a while and then we were taken to a fusty site where my car was covered by a thick film of dust. This company has no care to towards their customers. They just want to make money. They also claimed that I was emailed about this change that was not true. Stay away if you want seamless service associated with true meet & Greet.

I had a very disappointing experience…


I had a very disappointing experience using this airport meet and greet parking service. According to the confirmation email, I was instructed to call 30 minutes before arriving at the airport, which I did. However, while I was still on my way, I received a call from the office accusing me of being late — which I wasn’t. The person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Things got even worse on my return. After collecting my luggage, I called the contact number provided. The first number didn’t work at all, and the second just kept ringing with no answer. After several attempts, someone finally picked up and told me my car would be with me in 20 minutes. I ended up waiting for over an hour in the car park with no updates and no one answering my calls.

This was an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. The whole point of meet and greet is to make travel smoother — this service did the exact opposite. Poor communication, rude staff, and terrible timekeeping. I will never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Don't trust this company

I was arriving airport T3 5:50am. I have been calling a hours have some one on the phone. An I have waiting one hours 45 minutes to got my car. After driver delivery my car on car park having accident. I have been talk to them twice they say call you back same day. But they never call back.

Terrible service

We arrived at Heathrow after our journey and struggled to get hold of company and then when we did was told to go to the the meet and great area to then be told our cars could not be brought to us. We then had to get put into hire cars and then be taken to where the cars were parked instead. On arriving to our cars we were told the company had gone into liquidation and that is why the operators were not allowed on the car park site to collect our vehicles. The whole experience was horrid and now home we are trying to get hold of customer services for compensation which also is not easy.

OMG!!!

I went to leave my car in the parking lot, Parkbee Orega Building, and from there I was told that they announced that there was no parking scheduled for March 22, 2025 because the parking lots were being painted.

Heathrow car park …

You have to pay for the Heathrow terminal car parking + the Ulez charge + the advertised price to keep the car . So at best the advertising is misleading, at worst it’s a a tad more . The was picked dropped off and picked up
- in a fashion- . Overall, Having seen the way the driver brought the car in and the poor I’d say the whole experience was underwhelming.
